Returns

At Idaho Wood Lighting, every fixture is handcrafted with care. We take great pride in the quality of our materials, workmanship, and attention to detail. Because some of our products are built or finished to a customer’s specified order, we want to ensure you know exactly how our return and refund process works.

Standard Lighting Products

For standard, non-custom items:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can authorize the return and provide the correct instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your lighting arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order:

  1. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
  2. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, repair or refund, depending on the situation.

Your satisfaction matters—if something went wrong, we’ll take care of it.

Custom & Made-to-Order Lighting

Some products are fabricated to custom specifications or given a custom finish, per a customer’s request. As a result:

  • Custom and made-to-order lighting is non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only issued in the case of a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.

We inspect every handcrafted piece before shipping, but if you receive a product with a fault in material or workmanship, we will make it right.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply, especially for fixtures already in production or finishing.
